What you will do

• Drive business growth by delivering key acquisition and retention KPIs for both passengers and drivers.
• Shape the regional marketing strategy, optimizing the mix across digital, media, partnerships, and offline branding.
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships with local brands to enhance market impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Marketplace Efficiency, and Legal teams.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning by leveraging local insights and customer research.
• Implement a test-and-learn approach to identify scalable, growth-driving initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, with 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience working with mobile products, preferably in the ride-hailing or similar tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data and analytical skills, including agency management experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish proficiency.
• Must be based in Quito, Ecuador with availability for business travel.
