What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns and growth initiatives across Brazil.
• Plan and execute on-the-ground activations in key cities to drive brand presence and user engagement.
• Adapt and produce locally relevant content to ensure cultural fit and high engagement.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including active passengers, retention rates, and organic growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Driver Operations, Product, CX, and Growth teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing, preferably in fast-paced marketplace environments.
• Proven ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1) for cross-regional collaboration.
• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
