What you will do

• Manage inbound interest by reviewing, qualifying, and prioritizing new partnership opportunities.
• Conduct research on prospective companies, including business models, payment infrastructure, and market positioning.
• Transition qualified leads to the Head of Partnerships for deal progression.
• Identify and map target accounts across key industries and growth verticals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or growth.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Interest in fintech, payments, crypto, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Strong multitasking and workflow management capabilities.
• Execution-focused and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in fintech, SaaS, crypto, payments, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with CRM and outbound tools such as HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Exposure to B2B partnerships, outbound prospecting, or client acquisition.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced startup teams.
