What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations tailored to prospect needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Leverage your existing professional network to drive new business and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine GTM messaging and share market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and source leads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Web3 sales role with a proven track record of success.
  • Existing professional network in the Web3 space that can be actively leveraged.
  • Strong proficiency in outbound outreach, qualification, and closing business.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of payments and fintech industry.
  • Previous experience working at a startup or fast-scaling company.
