What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting through to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations tailored to prospect needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
- Leverage your existing professional network to drive new business and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine GTM messaging and share market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and source leads.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Web3 sales role with a proven track record of success.
- Existing professional network in the Web3 space that can be actively leveraged.
- Strong proficiency in outbound outreach, qualification, and closing business.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.

- Knowledge of payments and fintech industry.
- Previous experience working at a startup or fast-scaling company.
