What you will do

• Direct field labor force and support personnel to ensure high-quality elevator maintenance and service execution.
• Plan and coordinate employee assignments and monitor performance against contractual obligations and budgets.
• Enforce safety procedures according to company policy and the provincial Health and Safety Act, including accident investigation.
• Provide technical assistance and oversee maintenance processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with property managers and owners to meet or exceed contractual obligations.
• Support the Sales Team with site surveys and recommendations for technical improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational or field experience as a mechanic in the elevator industry or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Certified Elevating Devices Mechanic (Class A or F preferred; Class T minimum).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, documents, and specifications.
• Competence in using tools integral to the elevator industry and basic business software.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned area.
• Must be based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
