What you will do

• Develop the Americas regional subsegment innovation strategy in partnership with the global team.
• Lead and execute the regional innovation pipeline aligned with sales, marketing, and global priorities.
• Direct technical sales and customer engagement within the NORAM region.
• Manage and develop a technical team across NORAM and LATAM.
• Oversee regional lab operations, capabilities, and EHS&A requirements.
• Support Production/Operations on product scale-ups and quality-related topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree; Advanced degree in Chemistry or an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in R&D, Application Development, or Innovation Management.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
• Fluent English and high proficiency in Spanish.
• Must be based in or open to relocation to Mount Holly, NC, USA.
