What you will do

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to design and install disinfection equipment.
• Provide commissioning and startup services for new equipment installations.
• Perform routine maintenance and provide technical telephone support for field representatives.
• Audit existing applications to ensure service expectations and water safety standards are met.
• Consult with customers on water treatment practices to minimize risks from waterborne pathogens.
• Develop technical documentation and deliver training seminars to large groups.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, biology, or chemistry with a GPA above 3.0.
• Familiarity with premise plumbing systems and control theories including PLCs and flow-based control.
• Ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to large groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
