What you will do

• Manage daily administration and operational support for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services.
• Triage and resolve incidents across identity, messaging, and collaboration platforms using ITSM frameworks.
• Handle identity lifecycle, RBAC, privileged role governance, and authentication policies including MFA and Conditional Access.
• Coordinate Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, and email security configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Develop PowerShell automation and manage Entra ID application registrations and service principals.
• Implement secure Microsoft Graph integrations ensuring least-privilege access and accurate certificate management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience coordinating Microsoft 365 and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Solid operational knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT operations using ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk.
• Direct involvement in handling Entra ID application registrations and Microsoft Graph integrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for managing Microsoft 365 environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and its integration with Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of M365 migration solutions such as ShareGate, AvePoint, or Quest.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and security controls.
• Experience supporting large-scale global enterprise environments and M365 security tools (DLP, eDiscovery).
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
