What you will do

• Implement and deploy state-of-the-art GenAI solutions, building prototypes and PoCs for large enterprise customers.
• Advocate for AWS GenAI services through white papers, blogs, and public speaking at events like AWS re:Invent.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Sales, and Product teams to accelerate GenAI adoption.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams to drive product improvements based on field feedback.
• Develop field enablement materials to help the broader technical population integrate GenAI solutions into architectures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience in design and implementation of ML/AI/Deep Learning solutions using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• 1+ year of experience with LLM architectures, model evaluation, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and experience with RESTful API and service-oriented architecture.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with model compression, distillation, pruning, quantization, or FlashAttention.
• Knowledge of distributed training and inference optimization.
• Experience with AWS services including SageMaker, Step Functions, OpenSearch, PgVector, and S3.
• Track record of thought leadership and innovation around Machine Learning.
