What you will do

• Drive fundamental advances in agentic AI, including execution models and multi-agent coordination patterns.
• Shape core architectural decisions for Agentforce, such as agent determinism and async workflows.
• Partner directly with strategic customers to co-design and implement trustworthy agentic solutions.
• Produce technically rigorous design documentation, whitepapers, and engineering content.
• Contribute to the end-to-end agent development lifecycle, including testing and observability.
• Lead incubation projects to explore and prototype next-generation reasoning architectures.

Requirements

• Expertise in distributed systems, stateful runtimes, and LLM-based agent architectures.
• Fluency in Python and Java with experience in cloud-native infrastructure.
• Proven track record of shipping durable technical artifacts or frameworks.
• Exceptional written communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience engaging enterprise customers as a trusted technical advisor.
• Ability to drive alignment across engineering and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global platform primitives like Apex, Flow, or Einstein.
• Background in ML infrastructure or compiler design.
• Open-source community or developer advocacy experience.
• Familiarity with observability and testing frameworks for AI.
