What you will do

• Learn by shipping well-scoped features and grow into owning your own product areas.
• Get close to user problems by observing real user conversations and identifying pain points.
• Work alongside senior engineers, participating in code reviews and trade-off discussions.
• Write production code for AI agents that automate complex workflows and handle real conversations.
• Master tools like Kotlin/Java, AWS, Kubernetes, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.

Requirements

• A bias toward shipping and iterating on rough solutions in production.
• Genuine curiosity about users and a desire to understand their needs and frustrations.
• Genuine curiosity about AI coding tools and agents.
• Hands-on backend experience with strong internships and substantial side projects.
• Solid programming fundamentals, including data structures, APIs, debugging, and testing.
• Comfort with feedback and clear communication skills.
