What you will do

• Build and maintain Creator Platform operations, including CRM, deal flow, reporting, and automations.
• Ensure creator profiles, campaign data, and deliverable tracking remain accurate and up to date.
• Develop AI agents to streamline creator onboarding and operational workflows.
• Manage end-to-end creator paperwork, including contract tracking and invoice resolution.
• Triage and prioritize the shared creators inbox to route inquiries efficiently.
• Create lightweight assets such as event landing pages, apps, and custom templates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of operations experience within marketing fields.
• Proven experience as a 0-1 operator capable of building foundational programs.
• Ability to use AI to build more efficient systems and automate manual tasks.
• Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and basic marketing metrics.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency with creator platforms and project management tools.
