What you will do
- Set the operating rhythm by translating quarterly and monthly priorities into clear, actionable plans.
- Design and implement a robust briefing sys with reusable plates and clear decision paths.
- Manage external agency and freelancer relationships, including onboarding, scoping, and quality control.
- Run the production layer for flagship activations, events, and high-visibility launches.
- Map cross-functional dependencies across Product, PMM, Commercial, and Legal to surface and resolve blockers.
- Improve the workflow layer using AI and automation to increase throughput without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- Proven experience running creative, brand, content, or marketing operations in a fast-moving environment.
- High operational rigour with the ability to build syss that optimize for shipping.
- Strong judgement on balancing process efficiency with creative freedom.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a calm and direct communication style.
- Syss thinking approach to mapping dependencies, decision points, and failure modes.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-format production across video, events, web, and editorial.
- Strong Notion fluency including databases, dashboards, and plates.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate drafting, coordination, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with high-stakes communications and approvals across reputation, partners, and founders.
