What you will do

• Independently configure workflows, user roles, and reporting elements for assigned clients.
• Deliver operational enablement sessions for Power Users, Admins, and Data Admins within active managed service engagements.
• Provide day-to-day operational support via Jira Service Desk, ensuring adherence to agreed SLOs.
• Translate client business and technical requirements into documented configuration tasks and solution outlines.
• Oversee end-to-end data integrations, monitor quality reports, and perform root cause analysis on ingestion failures.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of platform functionality including workflows, permissions, and alert management.
• Knowledge of financial services compliance risks and JFSA regulatory expectations.
• Experience with managed services delivery models and scope management.
• Proficiency in producing structured technical documentation and process guides.
• Understanding of model risk governance and SR 11-7 frameworks for scenario validation and alert tuning.
