What you will do

• Analyze and document complex business requirements for software development projects.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional development teams.
• Support testing, validation, and UAT activities to ensure product quality.
• Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong experience with functional analysis, UAT, and testing processes.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid work-model.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
