Salary: $275,000.00 – $300,000.00

What you will do

• Lead the BBD product project prioritization process iteratively and in the yearly planning cycle.
• Define the product strategy, vision, and objectives, ensuring roadmap alignment within the team and across BU roadmaps.
• Lead the product team by delivering value-added products and compelling go-to-market strategies that drive business growth.
• Collaborate effectively within a matrix structure with BUs, Sales, Account Management, and IT to understand growth opportunities and improve product offerings.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the products to ensure the team builds scalable, best-in-class new software.
• Evangelize the product vision and benefits, and make creative recommendations to expand the product base.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Industry knowledge, with understanding of regulations around shareholder interests and corporate governance a strong plus.
• Strong background in Product Management with a consistent record of successfully managing large solutions and bringing new solutions to market.
• Experience managing, leading, and developing a team of high-performing professionals.
• Financial Services experience preferred.
• BA required; MBA degree preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to be collaborative.
