What you will do
- Build and lead a team of elite technical implementation consultants, focusing on continuous upskilling and technical depth.
- Oversee VAR program governance, defining standards for partner certification and onboarding independence.
- Manage escalation architecture, serving as the senior technical point of contact for high-stakes migrations.
- Strategically assign resources based on technical complexity and firm scale to maximize partner enablement.
- Govern technical documentation, playbooks, and GL mapping templates to drive Time to First Value.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for platform improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical implementations, management consulting, or professional services.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-touch technical teams.
- Expert-level understanding of multi-entity accounting, COA/GL mapping, and complex data migration.
- Proven track record of managing technical service delivery through third-party partners or VAR networks.
- Ability to travel 30%–40% of the time for on-site support during high-complexity go-lives.
- Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential is highly preferred.
