What you will do
- Configure and optimize customer accounts to establish a strong foundation for AI performance.
- Design, test, and refine LLM prompts to ensure high-quality outputs aligned with customer goals.
- Serve as a primary strategic advisor, delivering actionable insights, performance reviews, and optimization plans.
- Translate complex data into strategic narratives and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and account teams to integrate customer feedback into the roadmap.
- Create data-driven best practices, case studies, and onboarding resources to educate customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, data-focused role (e.g., technical account management or SaaS analyst).
- Proficiency in data analysis and optimization using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI dashboards.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and Large Language Model (LLM) behavior.
- Native English-language skills.
- Native French-language skills (preferred).
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
Nice to have
- Background in SEO, including keyword strategy and organic growth analysis.
- Experience in digital marketing or campaign performance analysis.
- Prior experience in marketing operations or conversion optimization.
