What you will do

• Develop and deploy next-generation AI-driven animation systems.
• Solve open-ended generative AI problems for real-time character behavior.
• Own systems end-to-end, from research to production deployment.
• Work with multimodal data including text, audio, video, and motion.
• Collaborate in a hybrid environment to ship high-performance AI solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems into production.
• Strong experience with generative AI, multimodal systems, or motion synthesis.
• Hands-on expertise with diffusion models, transformers, VAEs, or GANs.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with scalable ML infrastructure.
• Must be based in Los Angeles or San Francisco for hybrid collaboration.

Nice to have

• Background in animation systems or motion data.
• Experience with computer graphics or avatar technologies.
