What you will do

• Provide omnichannel support via phone, email, and live chat for complex product and installation inquiries.
• Conduct outbound survey campaigns to measure brand sentiment and collect post-purchase feedback.
• Capture and categorize customer insights and pain points using Salesforce CRM.
• Identify and route high-value sales leads to regional account managers.
• Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to translate customer expectations into operational improvements.
• Contribute to team scrums and knowledge-base updates to optimize support processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and available for a 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST schedule.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or 3–5 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or technical support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy and experience with enterprise CRM software like Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and emotional intelligence for handling escalations.
• Ability to work independently under minimal remote supervision.
