Customer Onboarding Consultant (TravelTech): Guiding new vacation rental owners through the property launch and activation process with an accent on consultative relationship management and market analysis. Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States, excluding Washington D.C. and Hawaii
Salary: Base pay $52,020.80 annually plus uncapped commission (OTE $10,500 annually)

What you will do
- Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices to ensure 5-star guest experiences and maximize revenue.
- Manage a continuous pipeline of new owner partners from the signing phase through to activation.
- Analyze market-specific data using internal dashboards to set realistic performance expectations for owners.
- Make independent business decisions regarding property profitability, ROI, and partnership readiness.
- Build strategic relationships with owners through prompt, high-quality communication via phone, email, and text.
- Collect property details and utilize internal tools to ensure all brand standards are met.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, project management, or customer service.
- World-class relationship-building and active listening skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and distill complex market data for homeowners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.
- Foundational sales skills and a results-driven mentality to overcome objections.
- Must reside in an approved US location (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the vacation rental industry.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft.
