What you will do
- Establish technical and business credibility with senior customer stakeholders to generate demand.
- Construct deal strategies and shape value narratives for priority accounts.
- Identify bottlenecks in product and regulatory change processes within client organizations.
- Quantify the impact of operational delays and demonstrate the value of scalable, consistent approaches.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure roadmap alignment and effective positioning.
- Maintain accountability for deals from initial engagement through to booking.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Deep experience in insurance product design, systems implementation, and regulatory change management.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve bottlenecks in product launches and PAS platform updates.
- Strong understanding of ISO circulars, state-specific requirements, and enterprise-level policy operations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts to senior stakeholders.
- English proficiency required for communication with clients and partners.
