What you will do

  • Establish technical and business credibility with senior customer stakeholders to generate demand.
  • Construct deal strategies and shape value narratives for priority accounts.
  • Identify bottlenecks in product and regulatory change processes within client organizations.
  • Quantify the impact of operational delays and demonstrate the value of scalable, consistent approaches.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure roadmap alignment and effective positioning.
  • Maintain accountability for deals from initial engagement through to booking.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Deep experience in insurance product design, systems implementation, and regulatory change management.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve bottlenecks in product launches and PAS platform updates.
  • Strong understanding of ISO circulars, state-specific requirements, and enterprise-level policy operations.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • English proficiency required for communication with clients and partners.
