What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experience of major product areas, from discovery and problem framing to production handoff.
• Run user interviews and usability tests to translate research into actionable design direction.
• Execute high-fidelity visual designs with a strong emphasis on typography, spacing, and color.
• Collaborate as a peer with PMs and engineers to shape product specifications and navigate technical constraints.
• Use AI prototyping tools like v0, Framer, Galileo, and Cursor to iterate and ship ideas faster.
• Build components, LLM rules, and documentation to enable autonomous prototyping across the EPD team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vancouver, Toronto, or London to support the hybrid office-first model.
• Senior-level experience in digital product design with a portfolio demonstrating UX process and visual quality.
• Strong command of research methods, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows, specifically within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to document design rationale and create shared understanding across multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience owning or maintaining a design system.
• Skills in motion design and micro-interactions.
• Domain expertise in competitive intelligence or sales enablement.
• Previous experience mentoring junior designers or shaping design culture.
