What you will do

• Build and own hirify.global's AI voice and content foundations, including style guides and principles.
• Work directly with ML researchers and model teams to embed content standards into training and fine-tuning.
• Translate complex clinical workflows and AI-generated output into language clinicians trust and patients can use.
• Define distinct content standards for clinicians (accuracy and speed) and patients (clarity and reassurance).
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to advocate for content quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish the craft and practice of content design at hirify.global to raise the bar for language across the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building AI style guides that shape model behavior.
• Working understanding of LLM training, including the difference between pre-training and post-training.
• Proven track record of making highly technical concepts clear, honest, and human.
• Ability to write for diverse audiences, from medical specialists to patients.
• Must be based in or able to work from SF or NYC offices.

Nice to have

• Experience with both enterprise and consumer products.
• Background collaborating with RLHF or fine-tuning teams on behavioral guidelines.
• Experience scaling content systems across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
