What you will do
- Coordinate large-scale promotional moments throughout the year to drive earned reach among parents.
- Develop and deliver the promotional plan for CBeebies Parenting across all audience touchpoints based on audience insights.
- Act as the primary link between Marketing, Press, Communications, Commissioning Executives, and the wider digital team.
- Monitor activity performance and provide feedback to stakeholders to optimize future promotional strategies.
- Manage resource planning for promotional activity, including budget allocation and skill requirements.
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to identify external brands and organizations to expand audience reach.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-profile 360’ campaigns and defined budgets.
- Strong organization, planning, and presentation skills with clear stakeholder communication.
- Detailed understanding of content requirements for various digital platforms and social media trends.
- Proven experience in multi-stakeholder management within a brand management environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of compliance policies and strong editorial decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply media research and audience data.
- Experience working with in-house creative resources, external agencies, and third parties.
- Background in event management.
- Understanding of children’s/youth audiences and the wider children’s media landscape.
- Experience in digital commissioning for platforms like YouTube and social media.
