What you will do

• Define and lead the company’s agent retention strategy, specifically focusing on the first 90 days of the lifecycle.
• Build and scale data infrastructure, including dashboards for churn, retention, and activation.
• Identify drivers of early-stage churn using cohort analysis to develop targeted interventions.
• Design and implement scalable retention levers, including incentive structures and engagement programs.
• Lead the development of feedback loops and lifecycle diagnostics to improve the agent journey.
• Partner with City Leads and Central Teams to drive operational improvements and early ramp performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Consulting within high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured, problem-solving mindset with strong execution capability.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Milan.
