What you will do
- Lead and motivate a team of field-based adjusters to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee operational workflows and Work In Progress to support effective resource planning.
- Manage financial performance by hitting monthly and annual fee targets.
- Ensure quality and compliance through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve complex complaint cases and provide expert technical guidance to the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- Proven background in a technical or managerial claims role.
- Strong track record in general property adjusting and High Net Worth claims.
- Full UK driving licence
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience and ability to adapt to shifting priorities under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience with Major Loss claims.
- Progress toward ACILA/FCILA or equivalent professional qualifications.
