What you will do

  • Lead and motivate a team of field-based adjusters to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee operational workflows and Work In Progress to support effective resource planning.
  • Manage financial performance by hitting monthly and annual fee targets.
  • Ensure quality and compliance through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Resolve complex complaint cases and provide expert technical guidance to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • Proven background in a technical or managerial claims role.
  • Strong track record in general property adjusting and High Net Worth claims.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience and ability to adapt to shifting priorities under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Major Loss claims.
  • Progress toward ACILA/FCILA or equivalent professional qualifications.
