What you will do

  • Liaise with customers, insurers, and suppliers to manage the end-to-end claims journey.
  • Analyze insurance policies to determine coverage and develop processing strategies.
  • Set up new claims and update internal systems with accurate information.
  • Communicate claim progress clearly and professionally to policyholders.
  • Issue payments and arrange settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to team goals and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Stoke-on-Trent, UK.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging conversations.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday with potential Saturday rota requirements.
