What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents regarding planned maintenance and upgrade works.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, leaseholders, contractors, and project managers.
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for resident consultation events and meetings.
  • Assist in producing communication materials and literature for tenants.
  • Monitor tenant satisfaction and address queries or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Repairs, Asset Management, and Communications.

Requirements

  • Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
  • Experience in customer service, housing, or a related service delivery area.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations effectively with a commitment to inclusion and equality.
  • Confident in using social media and remote communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Good general level of education (GCSE standard).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for consultation events.
