What you will do

• Own HubSpot configuration, automations, workflows, and data reliability.
• Maintain data quality through deduplication, enrichment, and CRM integration.
• Build reports and dashboards to support forecasting and quarterly reviews.
• Manage outbound systems and AI-driven GTM workflows.
• Shape account segmentation, ICP tiering, and territory logic.
• Enable marketing and commercial teams through training and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Sales Ops.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce configuration.
• Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) motions.
• Strong data skills using Excel or Sheets.
• Experience with enrichment tools like Clay or n8n.
• Ability to take ownership of goals and navigate organizational processes.
