What you will do

• Visit customers and accounts in the field to ensure the continuity of medical device provision for clinically appropriate cases.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and office staff to manage patient care plans and reorder documentation.
• Maintain working knowledge of complex payer requirements to ensure compliance and increase reimbursement realization.
• Provide ongoing education and training to hospital staff regarding device order requirements and operational workflows.
• Manage follow-up processes and coordinate with internal departments to drive billing efficiencies.
• Ensure timely processing of documentation to prevent service delays and protect revenue streams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience navigating hospital and clinic environments with confident provider interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously with a high sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA.

• Previous experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, Clinical, or Billing roles.
