What you will do

• Manage prescriber schedules and fill cancellations quickly from the waitlist to ensure full capacity.
• Coordinate client care by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and faxes.
• Track and manage refill requests and prior authorizations to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Monitor client attendance and compliance, handling warning letters and discharges according to policy.
• Verify and obtain medical records and therapy confirmation letters for clients.
• Ensure all prescriber-requested forms and letters undergo the proper evaluation process.

Requirements

• Experience in medical, behavioral health, or psychiatric office environments.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA requirements and patient confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple communication channels (calls, faxes, emails).
• Ability to work independently and be held accountable to measurable performance results.
