What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operating model, long-range planning, and board reporting financial backbone.
• Lead analytical work on unit economics, segment profitability, pricing strategy, and growth analysis.
• Partner with RevOps to own the analytical layer for sales and marketing performance, including pipeline economics and CAC efficiency.
• Contribute to monthly close, budget vs. actuals reporting, and headcount tracking.
• Triage non-standard deal requests and provide structured recommendations to accelerate decision-making.
• Design and implement AI-native finance workflows to automate manual processes and create new tooling.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
• At least 2 years of in-house experience in a SaaS startup or high-growth tech finance role.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel/Sheets with deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, LTV/CAC).
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience building with AI beyond basic usage, with a demonstrated appetite for automation and tooling.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
