What you will do
- Own the Long Range Plan, aligning capital allocation and growth assumptions with the long-term vision.
- Build and maintain models to measure and improve unit economics across customer segments and cohorts.
- Deliver executive-ready materials and actional narratives for monthly reviews and board discussions.
- Lead support for future fundraising efforts and various strategic projects.
- Partner with GTM teams on pricing strategy and proposals to connect financial discipline to operational outcomes.
- Establish the systems, tooling, and frameworks for automation and reporting within the Strategic Finance team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or FP&A within a fast-paced, scaling company.
- Deep understanding of subscription business models, including ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics.
- Expert-level financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
- Proven track record of influencing decisions through insights and presenting to board-level stakeholders.
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k and US-specific health benefits).
