What you will do

• Build and maintain a robust suite of forecasting models in partnership with the FP&A team.
• Conduct high-impact, ad-hoc financial analysis for senior leadership to enable timely decision-making.
• Create and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) at company, department, and initiative levels.
• Analyze performance drivers and explain variances from targets and budgets.
• Leverage financial analysis to identify opportunities for achieving short-term and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, XLOOKUP).
• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry.
• Ability to distill complex financial data into concise formats for leadership.
• Must be based in Minneapolis, MN for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or statistical programming languages (Python, R).
• Knowledge of self-funded or level-funded health plans.
