What you will do

• Own and maintain the company's 3-statement operating model tailored for a PLG business.
• Partner with the CEO on strategic pricing and packaging decisions.
• Manage and forecast AI/LLM inference costs as a first-class line item on the P&L.
• Analyze GTM finance, including marketing ROI, customer profitability, and sales productivity.
• Define key financial metrics (LTV, CAC, NRR, GRR) and specify internal dashboards for the data team.
• Act as the CEO's trusted financial advisor for board and investor narratives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance within a PLG (Product-Led Growth) business.
• Hands-on ability to build financial models and write SQL.
• Must be familiar with US financial standards including GAAP and 409A.
• Fluency with AI tooling to compress workload and maximize personal leverage.
• Pragmatic mindset focusing on real impact rather than increasing headcount.
• Strong ability to identify missing assumptions in models and reframe decisions via unit economics.

• Direct experience modeling and managing AI inference costs as a P&L line item.
• Background partnering with product teams on pricing and packaging at a PLG company.
• Publicly shared insights or writing on strategic finance and operating models.
