What you will do

• Lead deep architectural discovery and design workshops with prospect CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and contact center architects.
• Produce target-state reference architectures, including integration diagrams, deployment topologies, and sequencing plans.
• Translate Agentic AI capabilities into concrete integration patterns involving SIP, WebSockets, CCaaS event streams, and CRM integrations.
• Build working prototypes, custom adapters, or API POCs in Python or JS to resolve technical blockers and move deals forward.
• Codify field learnings into reusable reference architectures and design guardrails for the broader SE and partner ecosystem.
• Partner with InfoSec to address enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements during customer reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture, specifically within contact centers, CX, or telephony.
• Hands-on expertise with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, or Avaya.
• Fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration standards including REST, gRPC, and SSO/SAML.
• Ability to develop functional prototypes and API integrations using Python or JavaScript.
• Must be based in the USA (New York or Mountain View).
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and communicate complex architectural artifacts to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI, LLM evaluation, RAG, or prompt engineering.
• Prior role as a Principal SE or Solutions Architect at an enterprise CX or conversational AI vendor.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, or AWS / Azure / GCP Solution Architect.
• Familiarity with SIPREC, WebRTC, or real-time speech analytics.
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics).
