Salary: $160,000 – $186,000 + Commission ($83.6K – $94K)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and validation for enterprise voice AI use cases.
• Advise on end-to-end voice architecture including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and telephony integrations.
• Enable partners and BPOs to deploy and scale voice AI solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Conduct architecture reviews and proof-of-concepts to support strategic sales.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Solid familiarity with the voice stack including SIP, VoIP, IVR, and CCaaS platforms.
• Experience with LLM-based conversational AI and WebSocket/API integrations.
• Strong enterprise instincts with the ability to build credibility with IT architects and CX stakeholders.
• Must be based in Austin and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
