What you will do

• Manage the complete data lifecycle from generation to ETL pipelines and data enablement.
• Design and maintain data architecture and infrastructure for storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Define roadmaps and prioritize data initiatives based on technical and business needs.
• Conduct data profiling to analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document data requirements and presentation methods.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Architect with a track record of leading teams.
• Expertise in Data Platforms, Data Visualization, Salesforce Integration, or Advanced Analytics.
• Proficiency with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and experience with cloud migrations.
• Experience building data platforms both on-prem and in the cloud.
• Familiarity with operational tools such as Hubspot, Workday, Segment, or Braze.
• English: Advanced or Fluent level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML integration.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
