What you will do

• Build and evolve Dev Mode, the primary tool for developer and designer collaboration.
• Develop new 0→1 products within the agentic coding space.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver high-quality products from concept to production.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the engineering culture through knowledge sharing.
• Shape the future of AI-driven design-to-code workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience shipping user-facing features as a full-stack developer.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript with a portfolio of shipped products.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, well-crafted code.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Must be based in the UK or Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience leading large-scale engineering projects.
• Experience working with user-facing LLM and agentic product features.
• Knowledge of Ruby or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in iOS or Android development.
