Compensation: £70K–£95K (UK), €117K–€158K (Ireland), PLN 257K–PLN 348K (Poland) + Equity and Bonus

What you will do

• Design and build product features for remote development in self-hosted environments.
• Develop and improve open-source projects that integrate with VS Code and JetBrains.
• Implement and harden the AI governance stack, including the AI Gateway and Agent Firewall.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and external partners like JetBrains on key integrations.
• Document system design and operations to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
• Work with Customer Success teams to support the enterprise user base.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack experience.
• 1+ year of experience writing Go, ideally in the most recent position.
• Proficiency in building distributed systems in Go.
• Exceptional debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Background in developer tooling, platform engineering, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong interest in the latest developer tools and AI tech trends.
