What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts in your territory.
• Partner closely with Enterprise Client Executives to build strategy, develop pipeline, and close business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and partner SEs.
• Lead deep discovery sessions to uncover real business challenges, technical gaps, and future-state goals.
• Architect and configure solutions across the hirify.global portfolio tailored to customer environments.
• Engage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment.
• Proven success supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles.
• Strong background in infrastructure technologies, storage and storage-adjacent solutions are essential.
• Deep knowledge of on-prem environments including SAN, NAS, block, and file.
• Experience designing and configuring solutions within customer environments.
• Must be based in the Dallas metro area with the ability to support customers and partners in territory
