What you will do

• Own end-to-end network architecture for data center clusters, including topology and redundancy.
• Select and implement switches, optics, and cabling systems.
• Lead network bring-up, validation, and performance testing.
• Partner with hardware and platform teams to optimize system-level performance.
• Define and implement standards for deploying networks across multiple sites.
• Mentor and support future team members in network engineering.

Requirements

• Experience designing and operating data center or HPC networks.
• Strong familiarity with InfiniBand, RDMA, or high-performance Ethernet.
• Hands-on expertise in network configuration, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience owning complex systems end-to-end at a senior level.
• Experience leading technical projects or cross-functional efforts.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York.
