What you will do

• Partner with account executives to translate customer business requirements into technical LLM solutions.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers during the Claude adoption journey.
• Guide technical architecture decisions to effectively integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance for specific business use cases.
• Create and deliver technical content for audiences ranging from engineers to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify common integration patterns.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, machine learning, or data science.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
