What you will do

• Lead national promotion strategy for all label releases across radio, streaming, and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with programmers, curators, DJs, and media outlets.
• Oversee promotional timelines, campaign execution, and overall team performance.
• Analyze audience data and streaming trends to optimize campaigns and drive chart growth.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop promotion staff across national and regional markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of music industry experience with a strong background in promotion or artist marketing.
• Proven track record of breaking records and building successful artist campaigns.
• Deep existing relationships across radio, streaming services, and music media.
• Highly connected within the music industry ecosystem in Nashville.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
