Salary: $119,600 – $185,000 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with labels, artists, and third-party music partners.
• Negotiate high-impact partnership deals to support new and existing music initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
• Track and analyze partnership performance to optimize growth and engagement.
• Act as an ambassador for hirify.global within the music industry and monitor cultural trends.
• Ensure content availability and drive improvements in digital music operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in label relations, account management, or business development.
• 3+ years of experience within a digital music or media organization.
• Strong knowledge of the music industry and digital media landscape.
• Excellent data analysis, quantitative skills, and business forecasting abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel and attend evening industry events.
