What you will do

• Process license requests, assignments, and extensions across tools including Figma, UserTesting, Dovetail, and Qualtrics.
• Manage SSO and Active Directory group memberships for onboarding and access changes.
• Track usage analytics and provide data to support license forecasting and annual renewal planning.
• Coordinate Third Party Security (TPS) reviews and maintain strict compliance tracking.
• Own project close-out governance and financial tracking to recover spend and analyze participant quality.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting support and act as a vendor bridge for tool-related issues.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS tool administration, IT operations, or a similar coordinator role.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent request queues with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with identity and access management workflows (Active Directory or IIQ).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slack, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Must be eligible to work on W-2 in the United States.

• Experience supporting software renewal cycles or procurement coordination.
• Familiarity with Third Party Security (TPS) or vendor compliance processes.
• Background supporting a large SaaS tool portfolio at a technology company.
