Product Manager (Straddle Carriers)

What you will do

• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers regarding parts identification and data.
• Maintain and update the spare part product portfolio, including categorization and inventory recommendations.
• Manage item replacements and end-of-life material solutions in collaboration with engineering.
• Develop new spare part kits, maintenance packages, and upgrade kits.
• Ensure accuracy of master data within systems like SAP and Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support global Straddle Carrier customers.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in spare parts or related technical domains.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs.
• Experience with Straddle Carriers or similar port equipment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Teamcenter, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Must be based within the EU.
