What you will do
- Own the end-to-end partner journey within the Seller Central / Partner Hub to improve the self-service experience.
- Collect and prioritize requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, and Customer Success teams.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, problem statements, and user flows in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as onboarding speed, self-service adoption, and seller NPS.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual onboarding efforts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product, Platform, or Marketplace environment.
- Hands-on experience with self-service platforms or partner-facing tools.
- Structured and analytical mindset with a solid understanding of technical systems and platform logic.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Business and Tech functions in international teams.
