What you will do

• Own the end-to-end partner journey within the Seller Central / Partner Hub to improve the self-service experience.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, and Customer Success teams.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, problem statements, and user flows in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as onboarding speed, self-service adoption, and seller NPS.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual onboarding efforts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product, Platform, or Marketplace environment.
• Hands-on experience with self-service platforms or partner-facing tools.
• Structured and analytical mindset with a solid understanding of technical systems and platform logic.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Business and Tech functions in international teams.
