What you will do

• Lead end-to-end discovery and design for emergency response, communications, and incident management solutions.
• Synthesize customer feedback, usability findings, and product data to identify high-impact experience opportunities.
• Translate user needs and business goals into user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver mission-critical capabilities and user-centered experiences.
• Define and track experience success measures to guide continuous iteration and improvement.
• Communicate design direction and tradeoffs to stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX Design or Product Design experience leading complex software initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Experience designing complex workflows for enterprise tools or high-consequence environments where speed and reliability are critical.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a research- and data-informed approach to interaction models.
• Proficiency with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and US healthcare benefits).
• Ability to perform occasional travel for internal meetings or customer engagements.
